5 Precise & Portable Pencil Concealers

I’m a huge fan of pencil concealers because they can be sharpened to get that ultra-precise tip, unlike other stick concealers.  Being more precise allows you to really zone in on problem areas and use less product, giving your look a more natural and flawless finish.  Here’s some to try for anyone’s budget!
