The Best Lotions for Extremely Dry Skin

The Best Lotions for Extremely Dry Skin

For those currently enduring this cold, dry winter we have in Canada, you’ll know how essential it is to stock up on some seriously hydrating lotion. I’m not talking about delicious coconut-scented or lightweight body milk—I’m talking serious moisture barrier repair for dry, itchy lizard legs, cracked hands and scaly elbows (sounds awful, I know). The kind of lotion you want to leave residue, so moisture doesn’t escape the moment you head outside.

You get the idea.

This round-up is for you, my friends! After having slathered on more lotions than I can count, these are the formulas I keep reaching for when I’m feeling parched.

As for those of you living in sunny, mild climates and don’t know what I’m talking about… well, you can enjoy these lotions too (as long as you promise to send some of that sunshine our way).
