BITE Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick Review

BITE Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick

They might not have a huge array of products, but what BITE Beauty does have never ceases to impress me. I love brands that don’t try to do it all—that stick to what they’re good at and create amazing products. That’s exactly what BITE Beauty does and their all-natural, handcrafted, food-grade lipsticks have become must haves for beauty lovers all around the world.

This month, BITE Beauty launched their new Amuse Bouche Lipstick in a whopping 34 gorgeous shades. The new high-impact formula is designed to deliver extreme hydration, a creamy texture and comfortable wear with a semi-matte finish. Plus, they smell absolutely delicious thanks to the fresh pressed fruit and 12 edible oils. I had a chance to visit the BITE Beauty factory to see exactly how the lipsticks are made, so stay tuned for that post soon (I even got to customize my very own shade)!

BITE Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick

Amuse Bouche is basically the matte lipstick for those who don’t like matte lipstick. It has a semi-matte finish  (honestly, I feel like I’d just call it matte because after a few minutes there’s no sheen at all) and intense pigmentation. It does feel a little dry, but not so much so that it is uncomfortable. I’m not a fan of matte lipsticks, but I love Amuse Bouche!

The lighter shades fade a bit faster than the deeper, more bold ones—but with the citrusy scent and creamy feel, they are totally a pleasure to reapply when needed.

Bravo, BITE!
