The Chanel Printemps Précieux Collection for Spring 2013 includes three Chanel Le Vernis ($27 USD / $27 CAD) in burgundy, pale peach and bold pink shades. This collection combines playful shades with natural elegance and is available now at Chanel counters!
These three nail lacquers are limited edition for the Spring 2013 collection. They have the same packaging with the black cap which removes to reveal a smaller, gripped brush cap. The formula is beautiful- not too thick and not too thin, so it applies with ease yet still with decent pigmentation.
Emprise is a stunning pale peachy pink cream; it’s my favorite out of the three because it just looks so elegant and sophisticated! I would definitely wear this color all year round. Fracas is a beautiful coral pink cream; it looks so fresh and vibrant for Spring so I’m definitely loving it! Accessoire is a little more deep and sultry… this burgundy shade is ultra chic and modern.
Two coats for each polish was perfect for an opaque finish, and they last about 3-4 days on the nails without chipping (with a top coat). Emprise is quite unique, especially with it’s great pigmentation for such a pale color. They are quite the splurge, but you won’t regret it for any of these three as they are all fantastic!
I do wish the brush tip was a little wider; there’s nothing wrong with the one it has (very similar to China Glaze) however I just find the wide-brush polishes are easier and more quick to apply. Personal preference, though!
