Annabelle/Marcelle Spring 2012 Event

Happy Saturday everyone!  Today I’m spending the day at IMATS in Toronto, Ontario but I wanted to make sure that I shared some photos that Pascale took at the Marcelle/Annabelle event we attended in Montreal, Quebec on November 9th.  It was a gorgeous cocktail party in celebration of their new makeup and skincare launches for Spring 2012 (the new products will actually be hitting the shelves in February 2012).

Marcelle and Annabelle are both Canadian cosmetic companies that have actually become very well known here. They are sold at drugstores and Walmart and I was super excited to be able to attend this event to give you guys a sneak peek at what is coming up!

Tables were set up around the venue where you could go and learn more about new and upcoming products like Annabelle’s new Big Show lip glosses and glitter eyeliners, Marcelle’s new BB Ceam, anti-aging skincare and the product i’m most eager to try out- their new Lash Fortifying Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover.

My favorite part of the night was getting to create my own lipgloss!  Pascale and I both got to create our own shades by choosing up to 6 pigment/shimmer/texture components and right before our eyes they mixed and filled our tubes! Also, throughout the night, the catering team walked around with trays filled with makeup instead of hors d’oeuvres- I thought that was so clever and a great touch! We left with some awesome goodie bags, which you will definitely see the products popping up on BEAUTEZINE over the next few weeks!
