A cult classic, the Benefit BADgal Lash Mascara ($19 USD / $26 CDN for the full size) does an amazing job of volumizing without clumping.  The brush is super large, which can make it hard to get to small lashes, but overall it’s a great mascara for building super thick volume and length.
