Dior Spring 2013 Dior Addict Lipstick in 437 Charmante Review, Photos & Swatches

The Dior Chérie Bow Collection for Spring 2013 includes the Dior Addict Lipstick in 437 Charmante ($31 USD / $31 CAD), a beautiful peachy-coral lip color with a glossy sheen. This limited edition collection is available January 15, 2013 at Dior counters!

This lipstick features the same packaging as the regular Dior Addict lipsticks; a clear cap and “CD” inscribed knob.  This lipstick doesn’t have any noticeable scent (which is a bit unfortunate), but it glides on like butter- actually, it almost feels more like a lip butter than a lipstick!

This shade is a lovely peachy coral hue that is unmistakably perfect for the Spring season; a juicy, glossy sheen tops off the sheer-to-medium buildable color perfectly. This lipstick is incredibly hydrating and plumping… it feels almost more like a lip balm, however it really does offer great coverage if you build it.

This lipcolor isn’t a very long-wearing lipstick… it lasts about 2-3 hours on me, however it isn’t a pain to re-apply and its sheer color makes it fool proof. It doesn’t bleed, even with the glossy finish it has- which I love.

I’ve been wearing this shade all the time lately, and I’ve also found myself reaching for it instead of lip balm when my lips are feeling a bit dry. I love the color, texture and glow that it gives to my lips.  I definitely want to check out the other colors when they hit counters, because if they are anything like this one… I know I’ll be in love!
