Editor’s Letter: January 2012

So has everyone adjusted to the fact its 2012 yet? I’m still catching myself writing 2011 here and there… One of my main goals for 2012 was to get more organized, especially with running things behind the scenes at BEAUTEZINE.  So that’s why I’ve decided to make a few changes to our product review system in order to better allow us to create more reviews (good and bad ones) for you guys.

• Spotlight posts will now be a “Product of the Month” type post at the end of every month, highlighting a special product from that month that really stood out to us
• Product Review posts will now be posted each day.  These posts will contain lots of photos, information, opinions, swatches, etc.
• Daily Beauty posts will still remain as a quick preview/teaser for what’s coming up within the next day or two at BEAUTEZINE, to get you thinking about the product and see some quick photos before the full review is up.
• Videos will now be posted twice per week (instead of three times) on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  These videos will either be a complementary product review or a different type of video (favourites, techniques, demonstrations, etc).

Thank you all for your continued support & love on BEAUTEZINE- it’s such a pleasure to read your comments and interact with you guys on Facebook & Twitter.  You’ve made 2011 such an incredible year for all of us, and we’re looking forward to an even better one in 2012!
