How To Get Cool, Icy Makeup

I’m so in love with the way this look turned out! I think it really looks striking with Kaitlin’s blond hair and blue eyes…who says you can’t wear blue eyeshadow!?  This look is so versatile too- it can be re-created with pink, purple, green, and even just white! Pretty much any color…just use a light, pastel shade and lots of white eyeshadow to blend it out.  I also love the striking contrast with the thick black gel liner and lashes too.

    This look is so gorgeous. It makes me think of New Year’s Eve. I think I’ll try it, not to go out or anything. Just for myself. I’ve never tried anything similar. I always go with neutrals or full on smokey eye or just liner. Never pastel + white. Gotta step out of the comfort zone, right? =)

    I personally dont care for this look, I think it looks very dated. I like the color, but its just too far up the eye. I think keeping it just on the lid would have been better. Just my opinion.
