Nothing makes me feel more confident then a red lip- but in order to feel confident, I need to trust that my lips are going to stay immaculate! There’s nothing worse than smudged, migrating or faded red lips… so I’m beyond excited to have discovered the new Make Up For Ever Aqua Rouge line of liquid lip colors! They are totally invincible! You can eat, kiss and even rub your lips without them budging! Waterproof, transfer-proof, smudgeproof, fade-proof.. the works. Plus, if you top it off with the clear gloss, it doesn’t feel drying at all!

I paired my vampy red lip color with a simple, natural-looking matte eyeshadow, black liquid eyeliner and black mascara.  On the cheeks, I went for a natural-looking blush. I find it so important to keep the rest of your face polished, yet toned down, when wearing bold lips!  My two favorite shades are #8 Iconic Red for the perfect, fire-engine red lip and #9 Burgundy for a deep, vampy red (which I’m wearing here).
