[Video] Loose Button Changes Luxe Box Subscription Service

Loose Button announced some changes to their popular Luxe Box subscription service.  The beauty sample subscription will now be available in a quarterly membership, where you receive a box once every three months (instead of monthly).  This box will contain 7-8 samples (as compared to the original 4-5 samples) and will cost $26.

I’m quite on the fence about this evolution, as they are calling it… it could be a good thing, or it could be a bad thing. $26 is a lot for a single box of samples- and if these samples are anything like ones that I have received in my last two Luxe Boxes, then I wouldn’t be too happy (these are the types of samples you can walk up to a beauty counter and simply ask for them for free).

This subscription service could be great if Loose Button strives to provide deluxe size and full size samples from the top brands they already work with (in my opinion, they have some of the best brands out of all the subscription services out there).  Personally, I have made the decision to not sign up for anymore sample boxes until one offers the ability to choose your samples. I’m not the kind of person who likes surprises- especially when its my money on the line. Too many times i’ve received samples I couldn’t care less about (fragrance samples…9/10 I don’t like them) or ones that I already have.
