The MAC Glamour Daze Collection for Holiday 2012 includes five MAC Lipsticks ($16.50 USD / $20 CAD) including peach, pink and plum tones in a variety of textures. I have two of them to show you today, but you can see the entire collection here. This large collection has a very sweet, feminine theme with pearl textures, sweet, indulgent hues and glossy black packaging. This limited-edition collection is available now from MAC.
The lipsticks feature the glossy black packaging that the entire Glamour Daze collection has and of course, they have the classic MAC vanilla scent (which I adore, by the way).
The shades I have are Outrageously Fun, a magenta violet Cremesheen lipstick (my absolute favorite texture), as well as Innocence, a peachy coral Frost lipstick. Outrageously Fun is absolutely gorgeous- I love the cool purple-ish pink hue and the Cremesheen texture combines moisturizing comfort with gorgeous, buildable pigmentation and a decently-long wearing formula. I can definitely see myself wearing this one a lot!
Innocence is also nice, but I find that the Frost texture isn’t as ‘easy’ to wear because the reflective formula catches onto dry patches and really enhances them. It gives a nice ‘glow’ to the lips, but you have to make sure they are exfoliated well and moisturized. This peachy-coral shade is really beautiful, but I think I’d save it for Spring and Summer (coral is the one color I tend to stay away from in the Winter).
The other colors in the collection look great too, so I’d recommend checking them out! They aren’t the most original colors ever, so don’t worry if you miss out on them this time.

- Overall: The range of shades from this collection look fantastic, and these two in particular I like a lot! Innocence does enhance dry lips because of its Frost texture, but Outrageously Fun is so bright, vibrant and because of its Cremesheen texture, it wears for hours and feels comfortable. Not the most original shades, so I wouldn’t worry if you miss out on them… but if you see one you like, definitely check it out!
