The MAC Indulge Collection for Fall 2013 includes eight MAC Eye Shadows ($15 USD / $18 CAD) in a variety of gorgeous jewel tones and luxurious textures. The collection will be available online August 15, 2013 and on counters August 22, 2013 (North America) & October 2013 (International) at MAC. Check out the entire collection here.
The two shades I have include Eat, Love, a deep emerald green with silver sparkle, and Palace Pedigreed, a deep plum. Both of these eyeshadows are “Satin” textures, which I am usually quite fond of, but these two seemed to be quite dry and applied patchy because of that. The pigmentation isn’t too bad when you build them up, but it definitely requires some work to get these shadows to an intense finish.
Having said that, these shades are absolutely stunning. I love the flecks of sparkle in Eat, Love and the reddish plum tone of Palace Pedigreed isn’t easy to find (I think it’s going to be an amazing shade for fall & winter too). While I’m a little concerned about their application, if you must have the shades then just know they can work- it’ll just take a good base, a bit of layering and lots of blending.
I have high hopes for the other eyeshadows in the collection though, as most of them are Veluxe Pearl textures and those typically have much better pigmentation with a smooth, gorgeous texture. I can’t wait to check them out when it hits stores!

These two particular shades are absolutely beautiful and quite unique, however they applied dry and patchy. It's unfortunate, because Satin textures are usually fairly good. They can be built up though, so if you're stuck on the shade, it's ok- it will just take a good base and some extra blending to make them look intense.
