NOTW: China Glaze Nail Lacquer in Blue Bells Ring

Happy New Years Eve! Yesterday, I asked which nail lacquer you thought I should wear for NYE tonight… and most of you thought it should be the China Glaze Nail Lacquer ($7 USD / $8 CAD) in Blue Bells Ring, so that’s what it’s going to be!  I love how this shade from the China Glaze Holiday Joy Collection for Holiday 2012 has both blue and silver in it- the two traditional NYE colors!
