My skin changes completely in summer! While it is super dry throughout the winter, it becomes combination-oily in the summer time.  I use a light, SPF moisturizer for combination skin, like the bareMinerals Advanced Protection SPF 20 Moisturizer, and I always make sure to carry lip balm with SPF in it.  My primer changes to something more mattifying and I keep a bottle of facial mist in the fridge (so refreshing)!
