Brand new from my favorite drugstore brand are the Revlon Colorstay Creme Gel Eye Liners (About $12), shown here in shade 001 Black. This product is very similar to the Annabelle gel liners that I got to play with at the Annabelle/Marcelle Event back in September, where the brush is actually the handle of the lid, and the creme gel product is in the jar at the bottom. I’ve already started to see them popping up in local drugstores, so keep your eyes open!
If you’re looking for a never-come-off-until-your-dead-and-maybe-even-later eyeliner (anyone else read that book as a child?) then this is the one for you. It goes on smoothly with a nice opaque black color, and it’s staying power is both a blessing and a curse (not the easiest thing in the world to remove, even with oil-based cleansers). I’d also let the long handle be just for decoration, because the built-in brush doesn’t make the best lines…stick to your favorite eyeliner brush!
