Shu Uemura false lashes are pretty much legendary. They create some of the most intricate and unique designs, you just know when they are “shu” lashes.  These Shu Uemura Choco-lash False Lashes are a part of the upcoming Chocolat-Donna Collection for Fall 2012, available next month.

These limited-edition demi feather lashes are adorned with gold and silver accents to resemble luxurious chocolates.  Now I’ve never worn feather lashes before… but these ones are heavy! My little lashes could barely hold these ones up, and on top of that because they are so thick, they don’t curve easily to your eye contour.

I always apply false lashes with DUO Lash Adhesive- I find it to be the best darn lash glue on the market, and it’s fairly cheap. It smells awful, but it works.

I think these lashes are fun and artistic, and to be honest they look pretty awesome on the look I just did with the Orange & Pistachio Eye Shadow Palette!  Not so practical in real life, but for a photoshoot or haute event, I’d say go for them (if you can get over the huge mountain of a price tag).
