Stila Cosmetics & Ardell Lashes Holiday 2012 Beauty Event

Last week I took a quick trip to Toronto to attend the Stila Cosmetics & Ardell Lashes Holiday 2012 Beauty Event! It was a quick trip, but it was a lot of fun and a great way to kick off the holiday party season!  The event was held in at the beautiful WISH Restaurant in Toronto (which I will definitely return to… if the appetizers were any indication of how amazing their food is, then it’s got to be phenomenal)!

The restaurant was transformed into a stunning, candle-lit winter wonderland and beautiful holiday decor. It felt so cozy- like it was Christmas Eve night! As we sipped on champagne and dined on delicious hor d’oeuvres (like mini grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade fries with chive mayo, turkey sliders and more… just to name a few), we were able to take a look and play with the beautiful holiday items!

Makeup touch-ups and lash applications were going all night, and of course I had to get a fresh coat of Stila Lip Glaze and some gorgeous Ardell 120 lashes put on.

The holiday line-up includes the stunning and universally-flattering Stila Snow Angel Color Palette, the 8-piece All Is Bright Lip Glaze Set and the 5-piece Seeing Stars Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner Set, all available at Sephora. The collection also includes a Holiday Brush Set, Luxe Eye Shadow Palette and a mini snowfake-shaped Written in the Stars Eye Shadow Palette.

After checking out the goodies and getting dolled up, we got to participate in one of the most beautiful holiday activities I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of! With rows upon rows of Stila and Ardell products, every guest was given a gift box and invited to fill it with products, write a personal note and have it wrapped up and donated to a woman in need through the YWCA. It was such a sweet gesture and a strong reminder to be thankful and giving this holiday season.
