Hello! My name is Jessica Desjardins, and I’m the owner and founder of Beautezine.com. I am a 24 year old University graduate with an Honors BSc. in Health Science. I have also been a freelance makeup artist for several years now. My love for makeup, art, graphic design and photography has allowed Beautezine to become what it is today- a truly unique concept in the beauty blogging world. This website, once a hobby, has now become my full-time job and I must say I’m incredibly blessed to be able to do what I love everyday! I also enjoy travelling, watching movies, drawing and anything with peanut butter.

Beautezine has allowed my creativity to develop immensely, and I look forward to it every single day. From designing articles to photographing products or creating looks and coding the website, I’ve developed some incredible hobbies I never thought I would have. Above all, my favorite part of Beautezine is the interaction with my readers- those that leave comments, send emails, Tweet or Facebook message me- I can’t tell you how valuable and rewarding that is. Thank you!
