This Or That: Bright & Bold or Dark & Smokey?

When it comes to “going all out” I prefer to go dark & smokey… as much as I love playing with color, I feel more confident and comfortable in deep, sultry shades. I do wish I could rock a hot pink and electric green eye with ease though!
