This Or That: Celebrity or Makeup Artist Cosmetic Lines?

It’s definitely nice to see your favorite celebrity launching a cosmetic line- Kat Von D, Josie Maran and others have dove into the beauty world with their own lines… but I definitely have my loyalty to makeup artist brands such as Bobbi Brown, Shu Uemura, Kevin Aucoin and many more. I find that their lifetime of knowledge really translates into overall better products.

What about you…which do you prefer?

    Definitely makeup artist, but overall I care most about the product itself

    I’ve found some of the best products are by makeup artist brands. LORAC eyeshadows, Sonia Kashuk brushes, Kat Von D…some truly great products.
