Balm Balm Balm, when my lips get super duper dry, like bleeding dry, gloss isn’t going to help. Also, I have some natural pigmentation to my lips and there are tinted lip balms now-en-days ;)

I tend to go with balm during the winter months and gloss during summer.
Something about the more matte/not-so-shiny look when it’s cold and the glossy lips when it’s warm appeals to me.

I always prefer natural, therefore lip balm all day everyday:)

I love lip gloss, but in the wind your hair gets stuck to your lips, not to mention that my boyfriend hates it! ;) The best lip balm I have used is Burt’s Bees because it smells very minty and makes your lips tingle.
