This Or That: Lipstick Palettes or Tubes?

The makeup artist in me wants to say palettes, because they are so convenient! You can keep so many more lip colors on hand with lipstick palettes, giving you all the choice in the world!  However, the practical person in me doesn’t like carrying them around in my handbag… so as much as I love them, I’m going to have to stick to lipstick tubes.

Even better… cut your lipstick tube in half so you can melt half down into a palette, and keep the other half for on-the-go touch ups!
