I learned how to do my eye makeup with loose pigments and mineral eyeshadows before getting into pressed Eyeshadows. I like pressed eyeshdow over baked and the stay power is better. But i also prefer loose mineral pigment over baked ones. I have a mineral eyeshadow i use just wet for a liner and it stay all day. it i try that with a bake eyeshadow I find the additives (talc) they use to make the baked shadow enable the colour the break down faster either wet or dry.

I have the other baked palette from Sephora. I have never used a lot because I don`t know how to really make be wet. By what I am reading here I should use water? Should I let it be slightly wet or not? Thanks for your videos. i always watch them.
