Top 10 Looks from New York Fashion Week S/S 2013

New York Fashion Week may have wrapped up for another season- but scoping the trends and translating runway looks into daily looks will keep us looking forward to Spring 2013! I've seen the looks and studied the trends- and here are my favorite looks from New York Fashion Week!

From Betsey Johnson's signature, over-the-top makeup to Victoria Beckham's soft and pretty daytime look... here's what we have to look forward to next year!

Jason Wu

Jason Wu is all about beautiful brows and bold lips for Spring. I love how sophisticated this look is- I'm so used to always pairing red lips with black eyeliner... but I love how the brows are the complimentary feature to the bold lips in this look. Effortlessly youthful!

Derek Lam

This look truly embodies all that is "Spring". The pastel green eyeshadow washed on the lid combined with the bright white liner on the waterline just make the eyes pop! Paired with a soft peach blush and nude lips, this look is the perfect way to incorporate a hint of color into your Spring look!

Betsey Johnson

Ohhh Betsey. New York Fashion Week just wouldn't be complete without Betsey Johnson's runway party...um, I mean... runway show. When I was at NYFW last year, Betsey told everyone that she throws a celebration party before the show to get the models all pumped up! While I think this look may need a little re-inventing to take it from catwalk to sidewalk, I'm loving the rocker chic vibe!

Simplistic, yet flawless. I love the defined lashes (just adding a few flares to the outer corner can do wonders for the eye)! Beautiful, glowing skin- such natural beauty!

Billy Reid

If this look doesn't embody the "Bobbi Brown" look, I don't know what does. Flawless, flushed skin, bright eyes, groomed brows, soft pink lips... it's so Bobbi! This really looks perfect for the office... Bobbi would say it looks "Pretty Powerful".

Anna Sui

Anna Sui sure loves bright pops of color- with a retro inspiration, these runway looks play up modern graphic liner with bold pops of color on eyes and lips (well.. and hair too)! Definitely in need of a little interpretation, but I'm loving the intricate liner designs coupled with pops of bold color!

Michael Kors

I'm actually head over heels with this look. We saw something very similar last year from Giorgio Armani, but this year Michael Kors has taken that subtle graphic line and gave it a twist with a pop of color. It completely makes the eyes pop with a strong, retro contrast. Love it!

Marc Jacobs

I'm feeling a strong Twiggy vibe in this look- and I totally love it! Playing with soft, graphic liner in the crease and lashline, pumped up brows and soft porcelain skin make for a totally beautiful look. The softened eyeliner gives it a much more wearable and modern twist... I'd totally rock this look!

Kate Spade

Kate and color go together like PB & J. Seriously- the bright blue eyeshadow just works! I love how the eyes are brightened with highlighting shades at the inner corners. I also love the geometric shape of the color itself- it really pulls the eye into a cat-eye shape and with the rest of the face ultra clean and modern, this is a perfect way to rock some color come Spring!

Victoria Beckham

You can always trust Victoria Beckham's looks to be ultra chic, sophisticated and classy, like the Posh Spice designer herself. I love the simplistic look with a hint of shimmer to brighten the look and sculpted cheekbones to frame the face. Topped off with filled brows and nude lips, this flawless look is a classic winner for any season.
