Top Pick: Non-MAC Eyeshadow

Phew! Done with my favorite MAC Eyeshadows. I wasn’t able to cover all of my favorites, but narrowing each category down to 4 shadows was necessary. Now onto my favorite non-MAC eyeshadow. I don’t use a lot of single eyeshadows, but I’ve been totally in love with the Lancôme Petit Trésor ($25 USD / $39 CAD) in Fil d’Argent from the Lancôme Happy Holidays Collection for Holiday 2012.

I try really hard not to include limited-edition products in my Top Picks… but sometimes I just can’t help it! This amazing pewter/bronze/silver eyeshadow is just this lovely mix of metallic shades that looks stunning as a wash of color all over the lid. I’ll use my finger for a quick, sheer application or I’ll apply it with a damp sponge or brush for a more opaque finish.
