Weekly Poll: What Is Your Favourite Type Of Lip Product?

Lip Stain! They stay on longer, and don’t get all over wine glasses or boyfriends’ faces!

I prefer lipgloss because I don’t have a sharp lip shape and I think that gloss looks better…

Lip Tars! the most usefull for custom blending of shades and long wearing so long as you don’t eat anything oily. But a Lip balm is a must for me.

Lipstick! And not even a long wearing one! I like having to reapply througout the day because it makes me feel glam and fresh when I reapply! I can’t wear lip stains because I can’t stand the “almost” feeling they leave on my lips: like I can see something there and I can almost feel it, but something just isn’t quite right – haha I’m weird. I end up reapplying lip balm over the top so it defeats the purpose in my mind. I have a hard time wearing a variety of lipglosses because in recent years several of them make me break out along my lipline, which seriously is the worst. :( I have yet to figure out what ingredient does that to me, so for now I will stick with lipsticks. :)

I love lipsticks! It saves me time and they have a lot of varieties!

I can’t live without lip balm, but I prefer them in stick. It’s more safe.

lip stain! i never really cared much about lip products cause i always found a waste – most of them (specially glosses!) look gorgeous right after you apply them, but 10 min. later, there’s no sign of them having been there – or worse, they are just a faded version of the product, making you look like you have something going wrong on your lips. recently, i started using longlasting lipsticks/lip stains, and now the lips are a super important part of my makeup!!! it makes a huuuuge difference! surprisingly enough, most of the best lip products i have tried so far are from sephora’s own brand – i’ve always been a sephora brand hater! my favourite products are a longlasting lipstick which is pink with gold shimmer, a red jumbo lip pencil (i have it for a while, don’t know if they sell it any longer) and a super super bright pink lip stain (that’s what they call it, although i don’t really think that is really a stain. it’s a creamy matte lip colour, similar to the elf lip stains, but 10x more longlasting) – the last two, being super bright colours, are unbelievably important to be longlasting (no one wants a faded bright colour on the lips. what’s worse that that?) and they truly last for HOURS, even after eating and drinking, barely needing touch ups! i can’t say enough good thing about them. really, go and get them, they will become you new favourite products!
