Weekly Roundup [June 17, 2012]

Happy Sunday everyone, and a very Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! Hope you are all having a great weekend. Today I’m spending the day at home with my family and helping make dinner for dad tonight! My job was the dessert… and don’t ask me how, but I managed to mess up a chocolate mousse pie (two ingredients: whipped cream and melted chocolate). I played with it a bit and I think it turned out okay… but i’m seriously wondering what’s happening to my kitchen skills! I think I need to bake/cook a little more, I’m losing my touch!
