Winter 2012 Look Book: The Statement Lip

Welcome to the New Year! Time to be bold and embrace the statement lip trend with hot pinks and vibrant oranges (Pantone Tangerine Tango to be exact- the color of 2012…but we’ll do another look with that soon). I’m still in love with super bold pink lips paired with black eyeliner and big lashes- it’s so universal, chic and trendy! What product do you think is on her lips…?

      I’m thinking LipTar in Pageant or Anime myself, I’m not sure because Anime looks insane on my pale skin but would pop on a darker skin tone an look lighter. But it’s definitely a painted on lip. lol

    Beautiful!!! It nearly broke my heart to skip MAC’s Iris Apfel collection, because I love bold lips, but I have no more room for lippies, and a bazillion bold colours already. Being on a low-buy will force me to shop my stash more often, and I can’t wait to rediscover some old favourites :-)

    love bold lips.. that’s my thing now. Kind of makes makeup application easier for me because I can go neutral on the eyes (which takes most of the time..) then pop a bold lip color and I’m done!

    i’m one of those girls who never really cared about lips… i mostly really cared about the eyes – it was all about subtle liner and mascara! this season, i’m OBCESSED about pink lips! every tone of pink, as long as it is bright and bold! my new makeup trend!
