Wishlist: Laura Mercier Eye Canvas in EC-2

Even the prettiest eyeshadows in the pan don’t look so fantastic on my veiny, blotchy, red eyelids- I need something to even out the skin tone on my eyelids and this new Laura Mercier Eye Canvas ($26 USD / $32 CDN) looks like just my cup of tea.  Available in a variety of tones, I think I’d reach for EC2, a yellow based one to counter any redness and discolouration on my lids and leave a blank canvas ready for eyeshadow.  I’m hoping it doesn’t crease…have any of you tried yet?

    I’ve read some reviews that weren’t the best…but who knows? I personally can’t use the cream eyeshadow bases (like MAC Paint Pots) because they all crease on my small, oily eyelids. My wishlist is still pretty much the same-with the addition of Tarte’s Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Exposed and the new Givenchy Poudre Bonne Mine Healthy Glow Powder!

    My next purchase is going to be the new Tarte full-coverage foundation & brush. I pray it’s good for oily skin. I’m going CRAZY trying to find a full coverage foundation for oily skin!

    I have a very expensive wish list at the moment, haha. I am dying to have the two new spring eye shadow palettes Lancome just put out, 206 Rose Romance and 502 Vert Tendresse. Michelle Phan has made me fall really hard for them! They are so gorgeous! I also wouldn’t mind having the Artliner eyeliner Lancome has, as I have really started to like their products. But that’s not as important as those beautiful eye shadows!
